Any experts please?????

I hear some buzz from the Merrill media conference, related only indirectly to ACTV, that the return path via cable is something of a bottleneck to interactivity. We know the bandwidth on the return is much less than the downstream, so this makes some sense, I guess(not a techhie). The notion is not so much that there might be a problem now, but rather when many subs have signed up. Does anyone have any reasoned thoughts as to this matter?
Thanks

I only got a chance to hear a part of the conference call. Anyway, one of Robert Cohen's questions to David Reese was how they would initiate the rollout. David's response suggested as a premium channel, but although he mentioned $9.95/month, he didn't seem to be very firm on the price. Awhile back it was suggested that they may give the service away as part of the "basic" plan and have advertisers, who can target a specific audience and get polling information, pay for it. Sounds like they're going to try, at least initially, to get both to pay. Any thoughts or comments?
