BMart... You introduced Dr. Daaboul to this thread. It was not personal then, what makes it personal now ? You told us how impressed he was and of his intentions to conduct some studies of it with his patients. ....remember? Well, that is the same Dr. Daaboul you are now being asked about. Now that I've refreshed your memory, perhaps you would be kind enough to answer the question? Was Pugs with you when you met with Dr. Daaboul ? TIA

NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING - FORM 12B-25 FOR FORM 10-Q AND FORM 10-QSB Taking a look at the late filing that AZNT made last August 13. sec.gov Anybody care to read along? There was no box checked in Section II. There was no commitment as to when the delay in the filing of the form was to be remedied. But then neither was the box checked that there would be undue expenses or effort required to remedy the reason for not filing. Then we get to Section III. THE COMPANY IS AWAITING A DETERMINATION FROM THE SEC IN REGARDS TO TECHNOLOGY EVALUATION. THEREFORE, UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE DETERMINATION IS MADE BY THE SEC, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FINALIZE THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT. There is a mind numbing reversal of putting the blame for their not filing on the SEC itself. My dog took my homework. Now Section IV: Have all other periodic reports required under Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or Section 30 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 during the preceding 12 months or for such shorter period that the registrant was required to file such report(s) been filed? If the answer is no, identify report(s). [ ] Yes [X] No But where is the list of reports? Tsk. Tsk. Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof? [ ] Yes [ ] No If so attach an explanation of the anticipated change, both narratively and quantitatively, and, if appropriate, state the reasons why a reasonable estimate of the results cannot be made. What no box checked? No explanation. No significant changes? Surely you jest Michael. Or is this evasion?

Sorry Bmart, I warned you that you were being impetuous and out of line in exposing Dr. Daboul to any official involvement in this company. You should have just kept it quiet until something formal was finalized. I'm sure he didn't expect that when you brought in that sample of T.O.N. for him to try, that you would then broadcast that fact to the entire thread. I imagine the unexpected publicity he has received from your comments have been distressing. After all, I believe he was an innocent party exploited by you in an attempt to hype this stock. I imagine he may feel some resentment towards you. Is that true? What does he think of Pugs now? Does he still visit his gym? Regards, Ron
