Wally: Thanks for the excellent run down. I do think there is some value there and continue to be long although I've cut my holdings
because of the rather unsettling news this company seems to have with regularity.

I'm wondering whether Chiron may be interested in taking over since they appear now to be in a position to acquire biotechs that are dirt cheap. Do you have a feel for whether there is a strategic match here (beyond Myotrophin)? There's been enough strength in the stock price to make me feel something is going on with somebody albeit at an early stage.

You feel the stock price of Ceph has a 50% chance of tripling in the next 12 months. Are there other biotechs where the odds of dramatic gains and relatively low downside risk are even better than that of Ceph.
