same problem here- when I ran rebuild.exe- I got an error code 12

I know that this is not his support board, but I have to wonder where Gary is when it seems quite certain that he is needed. If only to say when the problem will be corrected.

But that does not seem to be the case.

gonz,

You sure get a late start at this thanks to your fine-tuned scans <gg>. After the first debug error at 6PM update I tried a rebuild.exe; same story. I uninstalled the entire program (because my modem coincidentally froze the system during net disconnect while the database was updating, so I assumed the BNHKA error was a self-inflicted injury). Completely reinstalled R2, ignorantly lost 10 days data, downloaded again from their site, lost some recent scans rewritten from R1 not yet backed up (I upgraded last weekend). With everything pristine I rescan -- still hangs at the same point#@!@&#! A lot of sweat & blood just to stand still! Just ok the debug and you get past the hang alright.

Probably tomorrows download will correct the error. We had something like this happen w/ R1 about a year ago, if you recall.

Craig

Gonzongo: You'll get an error code with rebuild.exe if you don't first close the QP Virtual daemon in the taskbar, I think.
