It is outrageous that Honeycutt would report nothing on customs investigation on September 16 when three days later, Friday, September 19th, at 6:49PM EST, they release significant news on that investigation. The US Attorney's Office has determined that Orbit's antenna measurement systems and software as well as radome measurement systems need a license from the State Department before it can sell to foreign countries. The bottom line is that management really did not know its business, future sales will decline dramatically since most of its growth is dependent on foreign sales, and it is very likely that ORFR will disappear from NASDAQ. Read its latest 10K report in August and note that cash has declined sharply to $350K and is dependent on cashflow to operate the company. Sell if holding this stock. This young company (less than 2 years old) will fold soon.
