I am looking for information on naked shorting by MM's. I think BNEZ is having this type of problem even with the stock price moving up. I want to know how to verify that it IS happending and what can be done about it. thanks for your help, leroyt

Doug R. or anyone, The CEO of BNEZ (which I asked you about before) has recently stated that they will not be giving updated balance sheets to some of the market makers who have apparently been driving the stock price down. Do you know about the regulations in this regard? I know I have read something about this before but can't find it now. BTW, since we've spoken BNEZ has gone from 0.14 to 0.22 to 0.26 to 0.32 to 0.47 to 0.60 on five consecutive trading days. It does appear we've got the MM's in a pinch. thanks and later, leroyt
