There is no question that the possibility that Voisey's Bay may be shelved for the short term is very real. Inco may adopt this posture to use as a lever against a hard nosed Newfoundland government. There is still a lot of work to be done to define the ore body, though and that work should continue.

Clearwater isn't something that KRT can realistically support right now. MHO is that the only chance of hanging on to our stake in this is to renegotiate the arrangement with the partners as Buddy suggested may be the case. They likely aren't any more willing to put in any more than is necessary to hold the property, either. Tomorrow is critical date for Clearwater and it would be nice if the company clarified the situation even if it were only to say it is subject to further negotiation.
