David, I am all for making this thread interesting and more informative. Randall thanks for all of your help.

I can see that the shorts have pushed about as far as this sort of manipulation can go. They now face the problem of having "over-shorted", if that is possible, and may even face an SEC investigation. Too many responsible people with vast resources and really good connections to Wall Street are getting tuned into what has happened to ACRT. Plus, the company is making money in a big way. "Secrets" like that don't last on Wall Street and the "good" money will prevail in this instance. The shorts are on borrowed time as well as borrowed shares.

Mr. Pink has had his (if he is a man) 15 minutes of fame. It is now time for the honest longs and true investors to take back what is theirs. Actrade's management is buying and sees this as the best way of turning around their battered stock.

I think the TAD program is a creative niche product, and has inherent efficiencies serving as a small business financial tool. Larger financial management companies will catch on to this fact.

The patent which Actrade has covering the TAD is nothing to write home about, but, it would need to be officially challenged before it is worthless. Even if it were found invalid, by that time, the program would probably have so much inertia that Actrade won't have to worry about having the program protected with a patent. Just my opinion, for what its worth.
