Point well taken...it seems as if the industry is growing more confident that other litigation can be defeated or the damages minimal compared to the potential damage from a national suit...hence the growing confidence in the stock. Today may be a good day to short some more puts, if we get a drop in the stock...I'll see what the oct 42.5 trade at...maybe even a few bucks to gamble on the sept 45's if we close just below 45 today.
