Joe,
AMGV has added another strong link to the chain toward profitability by including Adrian G. Beline on the Board of Directors. This should open more doors for AMGV through Microsoft association and also increase their credibility in the computer industry. I'll be flying out to Colorado Springs for the shareholder meeting October 2 and my vote is for Adrian.
I plan on doing about 2 weeks backpacking in the Rockies while I'm out there. This backpacking adventure is like AMGV paying me a dividend :)
Have a good one.
John

Anybody have an opinion on this?

The Meyer Group, Inc.
(732) 264-3433
UPDATE - September 16, 1998
VISUAL TELEPHONE INTERNATIONAL, INC.
(OTCBB: "VTPI")
We understand that Visual Telephone has been invited to display its state-of-the-art Video Conferencing Systems at the AFCEA TechNet '98 Symposium being held September 15th-17th at the Ocean Place Hilton in Long Branch, New Jersey.
Engineering Professional Service (EPS), a significant prime contractor for the U.S. Government, has given this opportunity to VTPI, who, according to our sources, has a very strong interest in promoting Visual's systems.
With the Government's 1998 fiscal year coming to a close in just two weeks and a substantial budget surplus allocated for Video Conferencing Systems for the Department of Defense still uncommitted, we have to believe the Visual Telephone will be the benefactor of some decent orders. Our reasoning is based on the fact that spear-headed by Robert Giordano, VTPI's products are now considered to offer significant advantages over the other products on the market as to bandwidth efficiency, integrated software packages and the ability to interface with external systems.
Bottom line: We believe that Visual Telephone International, Inc. could be a major player in the Video Conferencing "War", and accumulation of the stock at these levels could reap huge returns over the next few months. Near term, as this Company becomes better known, we could see a return to the recent highs of 25 cents.
