I disagree with the poster that thinks that these standards in the workplace are too strict and infringe on people's rights... and I too in both jobs I had... was given the employee handbook.. told to read it thoroughly and then had to sign it acknowledging that I understood the rules and the consequences.. again, I too would rather have a ZERO TOLERANCE (sexual/intimate relationship policy) than to have one lenient. Give people an inch, they'll take a mile. take care.... jim
