Just listened to the conference call. For all of you Par non supporters out there, you won't have him to complain about soon as he is going. Osicom now plans another ipo to sell the rest of the company, leaving Par a just a shareholder. the Board of directors of this second ipo has not been decided yet. Oh, and they decided this without any investment advice, it just seemed like a good thing to do at the time. The Gigamux sold in the United States is to Texas Utilities and Media One. Plan to sell the China plant and are currently discussing sale with three possible buyers. Brian
