Did this announcement move the stock much...I sold it at a loss at year-end...had to to off-set a capital gain in real estate. I hope for everyones sake on this thread that it helps, but their previous problem was excessive debt...and now more. Trade receivables are not cash...and are hard to collect...usually 10 cents or so per dollar. Hmmmm. I'm reading: paid $14M for 6.5M that is not liquid and probably equal to about $2.5 million...and they agreee to take on $2.5M in debt. How is this a good deal???????? They are cornering the market thru-out Cal., but at what price?
