Hi SB. Bull Alert becomes Bull Confirmed when a column of X's exceeds a previous column of X's. If a sector turns up from below 30%, it will usually have at least a three box reversal before it gets to the high end of its range. If you have access to sector P&F charts, check out semiconductors. This sector went Bull alert in July and topped out at 32% before reversing down in August (I'm looking at the Chartcraft chart). The reversal up in late August would be Bull Confirmed if it exceeded 32%. It didn't. If this sector does not pull back again, Bull Confirmed will be at 32%. If it does pull back again, I believe that Bull Confirmed will be at 14%. If Jan is available today, maybe she can post a chart.

Please let me know if this helps.
