Gersh, Don: I thought -27 is locked limit down. Yes, it is. The first time in the present downturn. Did the controllers use up their last ammunition yesterday? It certainly was highly suspicious. It is also not clear to me why all of a sudden the market turns so negative. O.k. Japan, HK down, Germany down 4 %, etc. but we had that before. Is the market anticipating Clinton's resignation? Very likely within the next two weeks in my opinion despite his denials. Regards, Phil
