Globex & SSRIF Relationship:

Thanks for the info, but help me here I am having trouble with this.

Is this correct?
1. "Global offrered connections that would provide SSRIF with the cash to meet the installments."
2. SSRIF will take the cash, loan some to Globex and use the rest to buy 80% of Globex.

If this is correct, then you seem to be indicating that SSRIF will be raising cash through one of the following:
1. Taking out a loan
2. Issuing more shares or warrants
3. Offering a royalty on the property

I'm not sure if further dilution for equity in what appears to be a shell company is a good thing.....can you dig up any more info??

Thanks!
