Cliff.. I just happy to find out they can now AFFORD someone to answer the phone. Uh oh.. maybe they outsourced that to save money Hmmm... You know there are companies out there that charge like $300 a month to answer the phone of your business. They will even answer it like, "Good Morning...Your Company Name, how may I help you?". This is the sole business of these companies. They do it all remotely, like an answering service. For $500 you can get time sharing in a meeting room in case you have clients or what-not coming to visit. Sure is a lot cheaper than paying a receptionist salary, especially when you are a startup company. -- Cliff
