Have you ever heard of the term " Proper Due Diligence " well if I am in Las Vegas and if I meet with AZNT and if I take a look at the manufacturing, sales, products, meet with management, read their business plan, ask questions does that make me an insider of the company. Um, NO. If I decide to spend my money on going to Las Vegas, does that make me an insider NO, buying AZNT stock,do I have to disclose that to you, NO , then it is my decision, not yours. If I spend my own money, to conduct this activity, well yet again it is mine, not yours. If I feel that AZNT could qualify for Economic Development funding, then I will persue that. Not you.
