It appears that way. Oh well there loss.

When news comes out it will just one of many great things we will be seeing from NSKY.

Entertainment industry = billions of dollars of revenue = unlimited profits for NSKY

Looks like it. Hopefully the small volume indicates that everyone is in a holding pattern, waiting for news. A couple of people selling, whom don't know the news is coming, probably figuring it will be late. Everyone else who got in between .02 and .04 is holding knowing with the already established base and the rise to double digits on the last release, that it is only a matter of time before this stock will shoot to the moon.
