I'm just digesting it as you are. They now have an agreement with a company to finalize financing for the project NSKY owns, Face Facts. We should soon see the announcement of completed financing, signing on of cast and crew and actual production. We all know of the interest in Hollywood and the trades about Face Facts and these things take time. This PR is the next step in the process. I think it's terrific news.
