I hope we would not know precisely when the SB-10 is coming out. This lack of knowledge would make it more difficult to those that are trading the share. The surprise factor should be in the hands of the Co. IMO.

The last 9 trades in DGVI have all been at the asking price of 2 1/32.
A total of 18,000 shares have been bought with no lift on the ask.
Hmmmmm. Any level II reports out there? Is there just 1 MM sitting on the ask dumping? They're holdin' her down for some reason. If somebody just wanted to dump, they would have reason to lift the ask with all the buys to get a little better price. Time will tell.
