"...IBM will release an off-the-shelf software product Monday that allows consumers to set up an online store and arrange for Web hosting over the Internet.

The Startup for e-business product will be priced at $29.95 and will come with a $10 rebate. There will be additional monthly charges for hosting services and for merchant accounts to allow consumers to accept credit cards over the Internet.

The product is aimed at the "very small business" market, said Jonathan Langley, manager of retail products for IBM in Austin, Texas..."
