Speaking of possible contracts to watch for:

"Boeing and Lockheed Martin executives are still waiting for NASA to
award its lucrative 10-year, $6 billion Consolidated Space Operations
Contract (CSOC). NASA officials were not saying when they would make
the award, but speculation within both companies was that it probably
would not come until later this month, or early October. Initially,

Boeing and Lockheed Martin executives believed the contract would be
awarded in early June or July. But NASA failed to cooperate. "Now,
we're all in the dark as to precisely when it will happen, although we
think it should come over the next month," one executive said. The
CSOC program involves the consolidation of more than 100 existing and
planned manned and unmanned missions, and could lead to work in other
non-NASA government areas. (Defense Daily) "
