I agree now, they probably wont, being the ponzi-scheme act they are. Apparently if the analysts have lowered their estimates, then no "earnings warning" is necessary under the new accounting procedures. When the losses are finally revealed, they will be immune to lawsuits because they've already leaked the info to all the analysts and can legally say "The information was already out there."

What a scam. By not warning they give their big shareholders 1 more month to unload the stock. If they warned today like they SHOULD, then the stock would be cut in half and their big shareholders would get killed.

Great....more opportunity for all non-believers...no technology...no earnings...proven money loser despite increasing revenues......help me....what is keeping this thing floating????? Small float ergo....easily swayed one way or another..regards
