How about the Export agreements as well, I'll send you those, but oh hey, confidential material.. I have the agreement and I it was posted on the internet weeks ago for all to read. No one really cares to see the whole agreement anyway. It boils down to "show me the sentence", i.e. exactly where in all those pages does it say AZNT has an exclusive license to import anything from Brazil? Recall that Stevita exports Stevia no problem. I find it odd that you and Bmart are vehemently disputing what the AZNT-WellRich agreement says yet neither of you have a copy of it. Get Sylver to give you a copy of it and then perhaps I'll take your comments as something more than hearsay. - Jeff
