The difference btn MU and LG & HD is that MU has lots of friends who are willing to give good will CDs and banks. On the other hand, LG & HD got "check mate" by 30th Sep, 98. There'll be no more bank loans for them as of 30 sep to stand alone. They can't agree who's going to get upper hand on management. They are complaining that two companies' work culture is so different, all bets are off if LG gets less than 50% in management, not even 1% less, HD might have high tech but their debt is much much higher than ours - LG, on and on...... For law materials, suppliers are saying pay first, then we'll give you goods.
