Clint,

don't know if you follow point & figure charts, but the p&f thread posted that the NYSE bullish percent chart gave the mother of all buy signals on 9/15. The NYSEBP gave a sell signal in May 98, 2 months before the last market top.

Hi Clint,

So what are the right sectors in your opinion? I think the established Biotechs are one for sure. How about the net stocks despite todays downdraft? Semis are neutral, semi-equips are a bit negative, telcos are negative. selected software is OK and selected networkers are OK. What do you think? Where do you expect to see leadership (sectorwise)?
