There is a difference between increasing an estimate and upgrading a stock.

Paul,

I think he does not see an overall up trend.

He see's AMD gaining marketshare.

AMD will ship 4M chips in Q3 and up to 5M in Q4.

Next year they could have 30% of the market.

Bad news for Intel IF they pull it off.

A $40 stock price for intel looks likely if they do pull it off.
