Thank you, positive CCEE people for all your responses. Now I have some objectivity in my decision making. ALL of you have been quite helpful (let's see -- all "zero" of you). YIKES !!! Is there not one of you here with just ONE GOOD THING TO SAY?? Please, walk, don't run to the front of the crowd.
