Jeff, I only asked you this because I figured it would be much faster for you to find out from Mr. Marchese then it would be for us to find out from the CEO. Don't you want to believe the company's last PR on the court hearing. Aren't you at all concerned with the courts decision as it could have serious ramifications for your buddy as well as others. TIA. Rich_1 Jeff, per court order, by what date must the 4.4 million shares have to be bought into the open market and do you know what happens if this is not done. TIA. Sorry, no one has faxed me any official document that indicates as such. So, as far as I am concerned, it would be imprudent for people to make an investing decision based on nothing more than hearsay. If you have any evidence to the contrary, i.e. something more than a case#, I'd be happy to give you my fax# so you can fax it to me and I'll post it on the net. - Jeff
