maxer-- OT nukes are going to be used on us and others in the next five years. you cant build so many of the damn things and expect them not to be used ever. the nuclear nonprolif treaties are a joke. WE in the US wont get rid of ours until one detonates in a US city. we can do whatever we want, but we can only delay the inevitable. but dont worry about rebuilding washington or NYC...we wont be able to build on that land for 500-1000 years. if you want to stop it completely, get rid of ALL of them, even ours. good luck to all, trey
