<<The 4.4MM+ shares must be bought in the open market...>>

Says who? You are either a real moron or a real lame promoter(or both). Your attempts to promote the stock either based on the obligation to buy the stock "in the market" is absolutely ridiculous. If you want to be taken seriously post the court order and stop fabricating stories. Stop giving us your opinion on an empty company news release.

People are sick and tired of you constant lies, half truths and misinterpretation of facts. Produce FACTS. That is all people care about. You have no credibility and you are seriously hurting this company with your questionable behaviour on this thread.

Mr. bmart, Sorry to have to repeat myself, maybe you didn't understand my question so i've made it easier for you this time by inserting the definition for "colleague". I hope you don't consider it harassment when someone just wants you to clairify what you meant.

Mr. bmart, Do you still stand by this:

Could you clarify what you meant by "colleagues"?

Mr. bmart, My dictionary says:

>>colleague (kol'Šg), n. an associate in the same office, employment, or commission.<<

Could you clarify what you meant when you called the people "colleagues"? Are they in the same office with you? Are they in the same employment as you? Or are they in the same commission as you?

good day sir,

HARASSING

harassing (har'as-ing) p.adj. fatiguing; annoying.

Mr. bmart, if being fatiguing or annoying was a bootable offense you would be long gone as would a lot of people that post on SI.

Thanks BMart. So the 4.4 million shares must be bought in the open market before Sept.30th. That sure is excellent news for all the shareholders. The next question which Jeff won't answer is if it is likely that additional shorting will occur to offset the potential increase in price.
