I don't know the previous minimum requirement. I know the fund is closed only because there are those who have accused JJC of using TSC as a vehicle to promote it. His answer was that it's pretty hard to promote a fund that's not accepting new investors.

My memory says that Cramer Berkowitz was last open in 1994 or 1995, and its minimum at that time was $2 million. I don't have a reference for this though and I could be off.
