Market discounted Bill Clinton already ,, Also there is a consensus now that Starr's report is not a referral but an illegal biased harrasement .. even republicans are now speaking out against it.. A illegal tender document ,,having broken the protocol of ,, referral being submitted to a judge first for concerned parties to defend the selves.. a protocol stipulated by the constitution ,, a procedural thing.. Now you read the Japanese report on banking support..further Japanese foreign surplus is at all time high ,, thanx to your love of Japanese cars and Sony TVs.. I rather say ,, market will wally from here to 8200 -8300 ..
