Again you missed a great opportunity to build some credibility. Your choice. Anyway, as an accountant maybe you can answer this question: how will the company account for the 4,000,000 shares being issued if it hasn't received any consideration for them?

But I warn you, non of your hype will make the court's ruling or the Sept. 30th Injunction date go away!

Get real, bm. You initially reported that last week's hearing was definitive, and that the defendents would have to begin covering "immediately". It was only after Jeff indeed called the court clerk--not at your suggestion--and discovered that there'd be another hearing on the 30th that you changed your story.

So now it's the upcoming injunction that's definitive. But are we sure the court will actually issue said injunction? I should think that had they already decided to do so, they'd have done it.

Wake up and smell the coffee, bucko: this litigation's gonna go on for years.
