This includes CTI's latest 32-bit, Windows NT application C6win, which has been designed specifically for small to medium sized businesses. C6win is one of the most easy to use call management systems available. As an "all-inclusive" product running under Windows 95, 98 or NT, it comes fully equipped with a unique feature pack that makes it effortless for distributors to demonstrate and sell. This includes: 26 Standard Report Templates, Graphical Reporting, Output to MS Word, Excel, Email and HTML, Automatic Report Scheduling, Real-Time Analysis, On-Line Directory and Remote Diagnostics.
