Scot, I do not have direct experience, but my guess would be that such settlement reduces you acquisition basis.

Was the street thinking that we had alot of new competition recently???

The competitors that we have sell less than 10 % of the total lasers sold. Don't be surprised when we meet the street number .05 cents. Who will recover first is the question we should all be asking??? The semiconductor sector is somewhat dead now, but who will recover first??? CYMI will be one of the first in the semi industry to recover.
