The company says this is not in any response to an action by another party. It is just protection of the company from being taken over at massively undervalued prices. I take it as a good sign and I feel even more confident after speaking with IVI that we will have an upward move in price quite soon...

Nice to see HYC rebounding somewhat on volume...IVI is well bid today but pretty quiet otherwise. It is odd that the announcement I saw a few days ago is not on most newservers. To see a blurb on it go to CanadaStockwatch. or take a look at some US quote servers and plug in CMIV...
