Food for thought: Just for a minute forget the sb10 forget about a listing; Today what does DGIV have. #1. Proprietary technology ( patents on voice compression technology , FAXport, and a couple others. #2 Russian contract(s) with the 2nd and 7th largest telecoms in Russia ( one of which offers a 5 year exclusive if we meet a certain # of minutes by a certain time) #3 Contract with louis international for a set minimum per month #4 Contract with the White knights group ( United Arab Emirates)(to carry LD service to not only the US but also Lebonon, Syria, Brazil, Argentina) #5 Contract with the GERMAN REPUBLIC( to build a network in Germany and don't forget about the GRANTS and LOW INTEREST LOANS) #6 MOU with Egypt Telecom (potential still unknown ) #7 US Termination points ( at least 2 that we know of Los Angeles, San Francisco #8 Contract and equipment in Taiwan ( currently in final testing soon to be on line) #9 Contract Seoul , Korea and equipment ( currently in final testing soon to be on line #10 Contract Hong Kong and equipment ( currently in final testing soon to be on line ) #11 ContractS Australia ( Netro, Melbourne, Sydney ) and equipment currently in final testing soon to be on line. #12 INDONESIA at least 4 CONTRACTS 2 of which are with the largest phone companies in the country. We acquired a phone company of our own there and also an ISP. and equipment ( 5 city rollout currently under final testing soon to be on line) #13 Real estate, cash, an Oracle accounting system, Nortel switches and other unknown assets. # 14 perhaps some other contracts that we do not know about yet. Now I ask you : What do you honestly think DGIV is worth to any large telco co. I may not be able to give an accurate answer but I can damn well assume it is a heck of a lot higher than the current share price. My guess is well over $10 a share at this time. These are some of the reasons I believe DGIV is my safest investment and quite possibly the best investment I may ever make in my lifetime.Time will tell. JMHO , MARK C
