So BMart, I don't believe I ever saw you comment on the actions of your "colleague" Pugs. He did a drive-by of tonto's house.. what's your opinion of that? Would you find that invasive of his privacy ? As an accountant.. it seems you would be a great asset to the thread, how would you account for the shares that AZNT sold in a private placement ? When do you think the new financials will be prepared ? Do you think the company will have a positive cash flow this quarter? Will the financials be audited or unaudited? Surely when you are talking with Sylver and others you focus on the financials.. right?

I don't deny there is a court case. I wrote to you that a court number is meaningless. Shareholders of this company are entitled to know what the court documents contain, NOT what YOU think they contain (have you seen them?) and NOT the incomplete self-serving disclosure from the company about it. I said post the facts, not a court number, who cares about the court number. Be a man and start answering questions.
