bgtit:

...How did Andy Mann get 4,400,000 shares restricted stock to have the legend removed simple question that has still yet to be answered. I asked that question in the beginning, and yet everyone else demands answers to their questions....

Do you know the answer? Then please explain (dates would be helpful also). Since this company is publicly traded, every shareholder or potential shareholder has a right to this information.

Mr. Bgtit,
Please recall that Ms. Shell claims Mr. Marchese took over Mr. Mann's short, covered at 5/8. Yet the stock Mr. Marchese obtained through Wellrich's 144 sellers was REJECTED BY THE TA! It seems that the court documents might contain the answers Mr. Forthright is so desperately in need of. Of course Mr. Forthright has proven here he is actually Mr. NEVERright, he depends on the diligence of those he bashes along with the investments of theirs he bashes.

why would Andy Mann be served in this matter if he didn't do anything wrong and in the court documets it says IMMEDIATE, well why are the shares not returned yet

Which court document: the state or federal case? Last I heard, Andy Mann supposedly wasn't served. Can you fax me a copy of something from the process server that proves he was? Can you fax me the page(s) of the court document that proves he's actually being ordered by a judge to return those shares, as opposed to being asked to by AZNT in a filing? Thanks.

<<Well, answer the question, why would Andy Mann be served in this matter if he didn't do anything wrong and in the court documets it says IMMEDIATE, well why are the shares not returned yet.>>

First of all, being served with court documents doesn't mean you are guilty of anything. A trial, followed by an appeal process is what determines that.

Secondly, you ask about the word "immediate". This illustrates what I have been talking about: post the darn info so everyone stop speculating about this subject.

Thirdly, why are the shares not returned yet? Again we need information to answer that. Pressure AZNT in releasing the info. It would be more useful than going in circles on this thread.

Has Andy Mann been served ? If he bought shares for say...
.25 and he sold them off-shore then what's to return ?

How did Andy Mann get 4,400,000 shares restricted stock to have the legend removed simple question that has still yet to be answered.

Yes, a very interesting question, in a sense, but it has only one possible answer. Andy Mann got the shares because Mike Sylver gave them to him. How else would he have got 'em? Note that in the case of the arrangement with WellRich, WR did NOT get the shares: they referred clients to AZNT, and AZNT sold them stock directly.

So let's rephrase that: why did Mike Sylver give Andy Mann all that stock?
