Simply put...NO

If anything its a smart move on their part. MOT will get a chance to perfect their copper process in a production facility that somebody else paid for. As for AMD, that means that they will have improved access to MOT's copper experts. I suppose there's always the possibility that AMD may have excess capacity at Fab30 and produce parts for MOT there if necessary.
