StrongARM is coming on strong. Intel's i960 is currently the largest volume RISC processor in the world. It is used in printers and controllers, but it's way outdated.

I think we'll see a lot from StrongARM and Windows CE. But... Intel has to toe a fine line so it doesn't cut into it x86 processor sales, which are much more expensive/higher margin than the RISC processors.

Plus, if Intel sells non-x86 processors for Windows applications, then it has in effect endorsed its competitors. It's a technology and marketing Catch-22.
