Question: If cien is a great bargain at this price, why wouldn't another company take advantage of the current pessimism and buy the company for $20+?... Also, the current negative perspective on cien could be illusionary. I own Applied Cellular (actc). Just last week the stock hit 1 1/2 with investors were predicting the worst. Today the stock moved over $ 3 after the company announced a stock buy back, a plan to sell non-core businesses, and a 20% growth targets. The value of the company has been reevaluated 100% in four days.
