So moose, did you cover your short or are you waiting for APTX to declare bankruptcy and go to zero? Also, I too am wondering why this stock is still trading. The first few days this week I figured shorts were covering and moving on. But I didn't think that there were that many shorts out there. Who knows. Maybe the longs buying haven't heard the news of the past week. BTW, are there any rules regarding the fact that Van Ness didn't inform investors in July that Apparel was being sued by their lenders? Of course there's nothing that can be done about it, but I would like to know.
