When and if ever ICI & KG release their version regarding the deal! To elaborate then Aquasol Merger on hold (lawsuit must be a little more real than you all first thought) Anyone looking into this company should ask themselves these questions before investing Who new of the lawsuit, and had the most to gain in the cover up? What were the conspirators objectives and why did they not disclose the material facts when the DD was being done back in June? Why and how could NIRS professional executives get mired in this Aquasol debacle? If not to perpetrate a grand scam, pump and dump, confidence trick! IMHO.
