Phone them and complain to a customer service supervisor. Then keep your complaints going up the ladder. Good luck.

broken trades are one of several risks to traders who are loyal to the deep discounters... they tout their low low lowest price per trade, but not without some risks

deep discounters are on the absolute bottom of the food chain on NYSE and Nasdaq when it comes to influence, throwing weight around, correcting abuses heaped upon them, responding to customers at all, splitting the bid-ask spread, getting best price "at market", moving large blocks, getting confirmation of trades, margin niceties... and making it to the dinner table

why does the stock market harbor such pessimism about this company?... good sign in general market: CRB and other commodity indexes are rebounding, led by oils... with SAmerica markets quite volatile, US will not see calm conditions for a while... Brazil has been up or down 10% on more than two occasions in recent weeks... can anyone imagine Dow up 1250 one day but down 900 two days later???

keep complaining, but dont hope for much resolution
