I did not know that Starr has a grand jury in Virginia. I wonder if the article is mixing up the fact that the campaign finance grand jury is in Northern VA. Starr is not in charge of that; Janet Reno is. As for the other things, I do not see how Hillary can be indicted for the travel gate, file gate, etc. if Starr has not called the key witnesses on those matters. As far as I know, for example, Watkins has never been called as a witness. It also is a fact that the grand jury closed down in Little Rock without indicting Hillary. Therefore, the only remaining indictments will involve actions that HRC allegedly committed while in Washington. Starr will be hard-pressed to make his case. I think the article is largely false speculation.
