My phone has been ringing a storn this A.M.,so if Gary tryed to
call back he may have not got through.I called CCEE back and
requested to speak to Gary,got the voice mail,I'm sure he's busy
as a "B"ee,anyways I hit the 0 and got through with Leigh,I
voiced my concerns about the stock price,BT,"Bo",SWRX,Garbe's
Server Farm,upcoming press releases,stock buy-back program,EPS,
and the CEO.Here's what info I got from the situation:
1:Stock price-CCEE very concerned
2:BT-they are currently rolling out to the top 50
3:"Bo":Computer Cop seemed to be the main push in the conversation.The product
will be available in 10,000
stores nation wide @ $29.95 in the next 30-60 days,
Computer Cop will be a feature on the talk show circut
in the immediate future.Look for a press release in the
next few weeks.
4-SWRX:refered to them as "they".CCEE retains 70% and expect
to hear from them in the near future,nothing specific.
5-Garbe's Service Division:They have to do a breakdown to give
us some new #'s,Leigh said things are moving along there.
6-Press Releases:Nothing for a few weeks.(read CEO)
7-Stock buy-back program:Even though the company is cash rich,
no stock buy-back program is in action,however that does'nt
mean one may not happen in the future.
8-EPS:They continue to say that they will make the $0.57 in '98,
it does inclue 70% of SWRX profits.
9-CEO:I stated to Leigh that the CEO should address his Shareholders and
comment on the situation,she said she did not know if he had any intentions of doing
so,however she did say that upcoming press releases may contain statments from

My thoughts on the call:We can't wait another 2 weeks for news,
I would appreciate a press release from the CEO specificaly directed towards
Shareholders and what has happend and what direction the company heads from
here.Leigh was very nice and showed concern towards my questions,I may call her
back tomorrow
and get some further answers,she could not answer any questions reguarding further
dilution,I understand she can't comment on the subject,however our CEO can.I hope
this helps answer any questions that have been lurking inthe back of you minds. |
