Thanks, Mardy. Unless you need the money any time soon, the only thing you can do is laugh. Or buy more.

ALA's bottom? I'm afraid I don't even have a guess. It seems to be trending lower throughout the day. What's the next major chart support? That could be a clue. When a company warns, it usually continues to get hit for a while after that, or at least that's been my unfortunate experience. And size doesn't matter (it's true what they say!) -- look at ORCL or CPQ last year, they kept drifting lower. TLAB bounced back right away, but I think the market oversold them to punish them for the poor timing of the announcement, during the CC after some really positive news (the end of the CIEN deal). So I'm afraid to say I don't know, except that I would expect it to continue to move lower in the short-term. I could be wrong, however, and missing a great buying opportunity, but the pattern is usually a big sell-off, a one-day bounce, and then drifting lower. Good luck to you.

Mardy,

A crude four-year chart tells me ALA should have strong support around 15 or so; they bounced off that point at least four times between 94-97. Otherwise, we are in no man's land between there and 22, which we gapped through this morning. If you can get a more precise chart, you'll be able to pinpoint the number much better.

Paul
